The purpose of this camp is to offer parents a safe, fun and interactive place for their 1st-6th graders to move their bodies on those days you just need them out of the house! No need to commit to a week-long camp or plan ahead. Simply purchase the amount of days & decide that morning.
We all start summer with great intentions; art projects, library reading club, nature hikes, the beach…… then realty hits and you need to run errands, exercise, work, read a book, meet a friend for lunch or you just flat out need a break.
LUMA FITNESS is a locally owned gym. Coach Jenni, a mother of 3 & parent volunteer for her kids PE program, along with Coach Connor, formally educated in youth physical education, will lead each day of camp.

End each class with the calming techniques of Yoga, Pilates & stretching.
