GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
Our ‘SPORT’ class is designed for athletes looking to optimize their athletic performance while reducing the potential for injury. This program develops functional body and core strength, increases speed, agility, coordination and explosiveness, and improves flexibility and sport endurance. This will allow more athletes to play closer to their optimum ability while gaining an athletic edge over the competition. Through the use of functional exercises it will also enhance an athlete’s skills and improve their overall athletic potential. Each training session lasts approximately 50 minutes and combines ground based, free weighted, multi-joint movements. Our approach is effective and universal regardless of your sport.
Our ‘FIT’ class is specifically designed to be fun and engaging for the beginner, yet challenging and dynamic for the avid fitness enthusiast. It is geared toward any committed individual regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. This is a carefully structured environment that will increase aerobic and anaerobic capacity, improve core strength and flexibility, and decrease body fat. This program will introduce exciting and innovative exercises that are more beneficial and much safer than those taught at your local gym. Each training session lasts approximately 50 minutes and incorporates movements that will enhance daily tasks and boost your overall quality of life.
Our ‘JUMP START” class is designed for members of all ages and abilities, specifically those with limited group class experience, starting a new exercise regime, or just want to slow things down and get back to the basics. This class is a perfect introduction to the exercises that are utilized at a faster pace in the FIT and SPORT classes.
Our ‘CARDIO BURST’ class is designed to improve the aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, and core stability in members of all ages and abilities. This 45 minute class utilizes cardio based circuit-training methods that burn more calories in less time. A variety of core activation and stabilization exercises are incorporated throughout the workout. Increases in cardio-respiratory efficiency and core stability are sure to enhance health and athletic performance. Everyone will benefit from this class, regardless of fitness level.
Our ‘STRENGTH’ class is designed to maximize the development of muscular strength and power. Each training session will include variations of Olympic lifts combined with free weighted resistance training to develop strength, power and a fitter physique. Build the muscle, cut the fat, it’s a win-win situation. *This program is designed for individuals who have already developed a mastery of the fundamental movements utilized in our ‘FIT’ level classes.
SPD TEAM TRAINING
A team may reserve the entire facility for private training. Classes are positive, fast-paced, and challenging. Our ‘Team Training’ program is designed not only to develop speed, strength, power, and agility, but help build self-esteem, confidence, and team chemistry that will transfer over to your field or court. The “team atmosphere” offers exponential gains through competition and motivation. Exclusive team sessions generally follow the same outline as the SPD Sport class and are customized to meet the sport specific goals of your team. Our philosophy is consistent with what is practiced in elite training programs associated with major universities and professional sports.

SPD TEAM MOBILE TRAINING
SPD trainers will also come to your practice field, training facility, park, etc. to train your athletes. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to have professional training come to you! A perfect combination to the sport specific coaching. Let the coaches coach and SPD condition!
Our Personal Training sessions are taught by certified and experienced trainers that incorporate the same basic elements as the SPORT/FIT classes with the benefit of individual attention. The intensity of these sessions is conducive to your fitness skill level or the specific demands of your sport. This is also a great option for those who are not ready to participate in SPORT/FIT classes. You will work with your trainer to gain a base level of strength, flexibility, and knowledge of proper technique. Each workout will be designed to ensure your body adapts to the exercises to achieve your goals safely and effectively. Personalized workouts will continually challenge you to become stronger, improve endurance, build confidence, and become more fit. Your workouts are sure to be engaging and educational. No matter what your level of fitness or goals, your personal trainer will help you break through barriers by showing you innovative and exciting ways to maximize your results.
